Guarantees, Exchanges or Returns
GUARANTEE
@KIUT.BMANGA is pleased to handle repairs to products that are the result of material or manufacturing defects such as defective zippers, seams, defective materials or internal reinforcements. It should be taken into account that small marks and color variations are natural characteristics of leather and should not be confused with imperfections and like all leather, it requires special care to ensure its longevity.
Therefore, our guarantee does NOT cover: natural wear and tear, deterioration due to improper use of the product, incidental or accidental damage such as: folds or roughness caused by the bending of the instep, products that have previously been manipulated by a third party, damage caused by repairs and/or inadequate cleaning, staining with chemical substances that discolor the leather and hardware such as dye, perfume, alcohol, antibacterial gel, creams, spray, remover, among others or rubbing the skin through contact with jeans, carpets, surfaces and /or similar, exposure to strong sources of heat or water including the sea, swimming pool or rain.
Warranty coverage for our footwear products is two (2) months. This warranty covers this product only for defects in material or workmanship.
- @KIUT.BMANGA is not responsible for the deterioration of the product due to improper use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, whatever the cause thereof.
- To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact KIUT.BMANGA by email at [email protected] providing the necessary information to satisfy your request as soon as possible.
- Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion within a reasonable period of time in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 free of charge, using new or rehabilitated spare parts.
- If within the product warranty period, @KIUT.BMANGA determines that the good does not allow repair, the customer will be given a credit balance for the value of the purchase in a voucher redeemable on @KIUT.BMANGA products.
- In the event that the product is repaired and the failure is repeated, taking into account the nature of the good and the characteristics of the defect, at the customer's option, a new repair will be carried out, a full refund of the price paid or the exchange of the good for another of its own. choice taking into account the price paid and availability of the product.
- If the product is presented after the warranty expires, its repair will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The shipping cost of the guarantee will be assumed by @KIUT.BMANGA in case it applies as a genuine guarantee.
CHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your products within a maximum period of ten (5) calendar days from receipt of the product, as long as they do not show evidence of use, and you have the original labels. If evidence of use is presented, @KIUT.BMANGA reserves the right not to make the change.
To obtain the exchange service, the customer must send an email to [email protected] and send the product by secure means to our facilities located at Calle 22 # 15 - 71 Apto 232 in Girón Santander-Colombia. The cost of shipping and returning the product to our facilities must be assumed by the customer.
Keep in mind:
- Shoe changes are subject to size availability. If your size is not available, the value paid for the item will be returned as an effective credit on the website. No refunds are made.
- Products purchased on sale have no exchange.
- If the item shows evidence of use, @KIUT.BMANGA will not make the change.
- Product changes will be made only for the first time.
- Expenses associated with changes or returns must be assumed by the customer.

@KIUT.BMANGA reserves the right to modify its change or claim policies.
LAW OF WITHDRAWAL
As established in Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, @KIUT.BMANGA offers its customers the possibility of retracting their non-face-to-face purchases within a period of 5 business days from the delivery of the product. The process to request a withdrawal is as follows:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
- Send an email within 5 business days after receiving the product to [email protected], with the following information: Full name, ID number, email, cell phone number, invoice number, reason for return .
Note: It is important to know that the withdrawal law in Colombia can only request the return of the money.
After the email is reviewed by @KIUT.BMANGA, the client will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
When the product is received, the quality control process will be carried out, which takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined; The money will be refunded, which may take up to 5 business days.
For any other reason for return other than the right of cancellation (non-conforming or damaged product, error in the content of the order, etc.), the customer is invited to contact [email protected] by email to which he will provide the information necessary to satisfy this request.
The cost of return shipping of the product must be assumed by the customer, as established by the relevant law.
WRONG PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a product with different characteristics than what is described on the website or non-face-to-face sales at the time of purchase, the procedure to request a product change is as follows:
- Within 2 days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos that show the incorrect product and send them to [email protected] with the order number and/or shipping guide.
- Once it is verified that the product arrived incorrectly, you will be given instructions for returning the product at our expense and once the incorrect product has been collected, the correct product will be sent. In these cases, a refund does not apply.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation of a purchase is only made if @KIUT.BMANGA is not able to send the product to the customer due to lack of inventory and/or another reason of force majeure. If this happens, the customer will be notified and the money will be refunded. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used. The customer can choose between the following refund methods.
- Voucher: Vouchers are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase.
- Bank Consignment: The account holder must be the same one who made the non-face-to-face purchase.
In this case, the refund delivery time is between 10 business days.
